We (Proud Mary) is currently working on a project in a San Marcos, in the Northern Peruvian highlands. This group of women, Saucesito Verde, work with naturally dyed wool (yes, all the colors above are natural...amazing!) to create bags, pillow covers, and wall hangings. This project is being facilitated by Carrie Campbell, an amazing woman who met this group of ladies while working on a grad school project in Peru. We're thrilled to have the opportunity to explore a new textile and textile tradition! More coming soon but check out
