I'm slightly obsessed with Jeni's Ice Cream. The Salty Caramel is amazing and the design (by Columbus, Ohio firm Element) is so fun! They just started carrying it at a gourmet grocery store in Charleston and I think it's going to become a problem. They use all fresh and in season ingredients and get their cream from a local Ohio dairy. Follow their process, 'Cow to Cone' on their cute blog.
