Sew What

And now for some exciting Proud Mary news. Molly and I are so excited to introduce our new sewing cooperative, Sew What. Located in Summerton, S.C., Sew What was started as an economic development project for the Briggs-De Laine-Pearson Foundation. Summerton is located in rural S.C. and has been especially hard hit during these slow economic times. The cooperative will be sewing all of Proud Mary's end products including pillows, bags, table linens, and accessories. We are thrilled to be working with these talented women and bringing back much needed jobs to the U.S. We will continue to work with talented textile artisans around the world and look forward to the collaboration between domestic and international artisans! To find out more about the "BDP Foundation" go to their website, www.bdpfoundation.org. Sew What sewn products will begin to be available at our online shop in November!
